Minister Patrick C. Ndimubanzi is a Public Health specialist with experience in designing and implementing strategies to tackle HIV/AIDS pandemic and other infectious and non-infectious diseases. A medical doctor by profession, Minister Ndimubanzi holds a Master of Sciences degree – Major in Epidemiology from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center. He’s currently the Minister of State in charge of Primary Health Care.
