Rosemary Mukiokela is responsible for the implementation and management of the M-Mama program. M-Mama works to improve health systems and create emergency transportation systems to ensure mothers have access to quality care during and after pregnancy-related emergencies.
Previously, Mukiokela was with the World Health Organization where she was responsible for digital and mHealth program implementation as well as strategy development in Zambia. She has served in various capacities for the European Union, World Bank, African Development Bank, and USAID-supported health and development projects both in Zambia and the United States.
Mukiokela holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, and a B.A. in International Relations from Salisbury University.
